aaahhh i am cringing i remember watching this a little while ago and now i realise just how much it influenced my personal statement (“i like to collect beautiful things” etc)
i can’t believe i move to london in a few months. i contacted saga about shadowing her for a few days in-between the dates i move into my halls and freshers week. she was so lovely and told me to contact her again around august in case she’s away in september.
it’s just really strange to think that it wasn’t long ago at all when i didn’t know where i’d be this september and i remember feeling so detached from everything that i wanted to be and now it’s just so close and everything is going so quickly and i’m excited and i’m nervous and i guess i’m proud of myself for getting to this point and even though i know that i still have to work so hard to get further it’s just a really nice feeling.
my posts have all been really sad recently so it feels kind of appropriate to make a happy one. i really really love my girlfriend and im so happy with her and its the best thing ever and im so excited for latitude and seeing everyone and bon iver and i only have one exam left and then me and abby are going to go cycling and go on picnics and im this probably sounds stupid but just going to enjoy this sudden positivity because its better than constantly dwelling on all the negative things.

it was really sunny today and this is the guitar i bought last summer for 20 pound for festivals and things it sounds really good. today was nice but now my heels are a state, tomorrow should hopefully be fun too.

today i cycled along the railway-line now that my bike is finally fixed and it was a great day. i’m so lucky to live in such a pretty area.
it made me happy but sad at the same time because i really wish i’d done it more often before.
i really will miss this place.
